2026年第五届“奇天杯”美国象棋团体邀请赛章程

1) 比赛日期：2026年7月4日（7月3日报到，5日离会）

4. 参赛资格与报名：邀请休斯敦、纽约、北加州和洛杉矶四个协会进行团体赛。裁判长由林俊宏和李广流担任。请各协会于2026年5月31日前将所有人员的名单和航班报于洛杉矶象棋协会。
5. 比赛办法
1) 比赛采用世界象棋联合会审定之象棋规则；
2) 比赛用时每方45分钟，每走一步加20秒；
3) 棋手须做记录；
4) 各队的号码由抽签决定，采用大循环编排制，进行四队三轮比赛；
5) 每场比赛每队出4位棋手，棋手台次由各队领队在每轮比赛前15分钟提交。当每队相碰时，1台对1台，2台对2台，以此类推；
6) 两队相碰时，先手队1、3台执先，2、4台执后；
7) 采用2-1-0 计分制计算场分，场分同分依次比较对手分、局分、全队胜场、全队胜局。

7. 奖金：本届比赛奖金由古奇天先生提供，共计$10000。奖金分配如下：第一名$4000、第二名$3000、第三名$2000、第四名$1000。
8. 接待办法：各队自负往返洛杉矶的差旅费。洛杉矶象棋协会将承担各队（4名棋手加2名领导）比赛期间的食宿及交通。超编人员自费。

2026 The 5th USA Qitian Cup Team Championship Invitational

4. Participants and Registration
Four delegations—Houston, New York, Northern California, and Los Angeles—are invited to participate. Lin Junhong and Li Guangliu serve as chief referees. All associations are requested to submit the list of all personnel and their flight details to LAXA by May 31, 2026.
5. Competition Methods
1) The World Xiangqi Rules apply.
2) Time control: 45 minutes base time + 20 seconds increment per move.
3) Players are required to record their moves.
4) The tournament employs a round-robin format, consisting of three rounds. Team numbers shall be determined by a random draw.
5) Each team shall field four players per match. The order for each player (Number 1 to 4) must be submitted by the respective team leader 15 minutes prior to the start of each round. When two teams face each other, Number 1 shall play against Number 1, Number 2 against Number 2, and so on.
6) In a match between two teams, the team designated as the "Moves First" team shall have its players Numbers 1 and 3 play with the Red pieces (taking the first move), while its players on Numbers 2 and 4 shall play with the Black pieces (taking the second move).
7) Match points shall be calculated using a 2-1-0 scoring system (Win: 2 points; Draw: 1 point; Loss: 0 points). In the event of a tie in match points, the tie-breakers shall be applied in the following order: Opponent Match Points, Game Points, Total Team Wins (Matches), and Total Team Wins (Games).

7. Prize: The prize fund for this tournament, totaling $10,000, has been generously provided by Mr. Gu
Qitian. The prize distribution is as follows: 1st Place — $4,000; 2nd Place — $3,000; 3rd Place —
$2,000; 4th Place — $1,000.
8. Reception: LAXA provides airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as accommodation and meals, for
all participating teams (up to 4 players and 2 team leaders).
9. Matters not covered in this regulation will be notified separately.
